Timeframe: Without prejudice to the agreed-upon and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by (Lulwa Jewelry) within five (5) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after this five-day period has passed.
Product Condition: To process an exchange, the product must be in its original, sound condition. The consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. (Lulwa Jewelry) reserves the right to inspect the product prior to the exchange to ensure its pristine condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items: The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
If the product was custom-made specifically upon the consumer's request.
If a defect appears in the product due to misuse or improper storage by the consumer.
Shipping Fees: The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the order and reshipping it, according to the rates determined by the shipping company. These shipping fees will be deducted from the total value of the order.
Return Policy

The consumer is not entitled to do so after this specified period has passed.
